I'm Marcela Variani, a wellness and mindfulness practitioner with a background in Therapeutic Theater and Improvisation.

For years I've worked with individuals and groups, using theater not as performance, but as a tool for self-awareness, emotional healing, and genuine human connection.

I now bring that same depth into the corporate world because the challenges people face at work are deeply human ones.
